The Fall sterilization program has been completed successfully. Over the weekend of November 8-9, 2014, a team of Greek Volunteers Vets consisting of four vets, one veterinary student and one photographer sterilized 85 cats and 2 dogs in collaboration with local veterinarian Dr. Maria Despoti. We'd like to thank Dr. Depsoti for hosting the vets at her clinic for the fourth time as well as for all her help. All those who volunteered their time and energy for this effort also deserve a big thanks, as they worked from morning till night--without their help we could not have achieved this goal. And finally, a big thanks to all the local residents who brought cats from their neighborhoods for neutering. For the first time, we neutered cats from Kato Meria (Skeparnies, Arkesini, Kalotaritissa). Thank you all!
